How To Use

Unsheathing: Firmly grasp the G10 handle while pressing your thumb against the ramp or edge of the Kydex sheath to break the retention. Pull the knife straight out safely.

Cutting & Processing: Utilize the broad belly of the drop-point blade for slicing, carving, or field dressing. For heavy outdoor tasks like batoning, ensure you are hitting the spine of the blade safely away from the handle.

Sheathing: Carefully guide the blade back into the Kydex sheath, keeping the edge aligned with the opening. Push down until you hear and feel a distinct, reassuring "click," indicating the knife is securely locked in place.

Maintenance: Hand wash the blade and wipe it completely dry after use. Because Sleipner is a high-carbon tool steel, it is highly recommended to apply a light coat of knife oil to the blade to prevent rust and corrosion. Keep the inside of the Kydex sheath free of grit and debris to avoid scratching the blade.
