Precision CNC-machined from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy with solid brass locking clips and stainless steel components, this buckle features an stab-lock mechanism that allows seamless single-action engagement with an audible click. Designed with a larger cutout on the back to prevent dirt and ice buildup, the PRO STYLE iteration ensures effortless opening even when under pressure or operated while wearing heavy gloves. With a minimum breaking load of 9 kN (~1,800 lbs) in direct pull and 18 kN (~3,600 lbs) in loop configuration, it guarantees absolute retention and will never open accidentally under tension.
How To Use

Fastening & Release: Push the male component directly into the female body until it securely snaps into place with an audible click. To disengage, press both brass side clips simultaneously.

Webbing Installation: Sew the 25 mm webbing strap permanently around the fixed loop on the female side. Thread the free webbing end through the adjustable bar slot on the male side to achieve desired tension.

Maintenance & Inspection: Keep internal locking slots free of sand and mud. Rinse with fresh water, dry thoroughly, and inspect brass clips for smooth spring movement.
