How To Use

Threading: Route your 45mm webbing through the adjustable slots of the buckle. Ensure the webbing is threaded correctly (usually under the sliding bar and back over the top) so that it bites down and locks securely when tension is applied.

Locking: Insert the male half of the buckle into the female half. Push them together until you hear and feel a distinct, solid "click." Visually verify that both brass clips have popped fully outward into the locked position.

Releasing: To open the buckle, ensure there is no heavy tension or load on the belt. Press both brass release clips simultaneously. The buckle will effortlessly pop apart. (Note: It will not open if only one clip is pressed or if it is actively bearing a load).

Maintenance: Keep the internal mechanism free of heavy mud or debris. Rinse with clean water if exposed to salt water or excessive grit, and allow it to dry completely. The aluminum and brass construction requires minimal maintenance, but a drop of dry lubricant on the spring mechanism occasionally can maintain optimal smoothness.
