Precision CNC-machined from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy with solid brass clips and stainless steel internal springs, this buckle integrates a folding clamp mechanism with clamp-teeth—known as the "SNAKEBITE"—on the adjustable male side. This teeth bar firmly grips thin, soft, or slick 45 mm webbing, completely eliminating strap slippage under dynamic tension or heavy load. Featuring AustriAlpin's patented dual-clip locking system, it cannot be opened accidentally under tension or by single-side pressure, while the PRO STYLE rear cutout ensures automatic clearing of dirt, sand, and ice.
How To Use

Fastening & Release: Push the male component directly into the female housing until it securely snaps into place with an audible click. To disengage, press both brass side clips simultaneously.

Threading & Operating the SNAKEBITE Clamp: Lift the hinged SNAKEBITE clamp lever on the adjustable side, thread the 45 mm webbing through the bar slot, adjust to the desired belt tension, and snap the clamp lever down firmly so the teeth bite and anchor the strap.

Maintenance & Inspection: Inspect the teeth on the SNAKEBITE clamp and internal locking channels for dirt or debris. Flush with fresh water, dry thoroughly, and verify smooth spring engagement before load-bearing use.
