This model pairs a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum alloy buckle body with an integrated drop-forged steel D-ring, finished in a striking polished chrome look. Designed specifically for 45 mm (1.75") webbing, it delivers a massive 18 kN (~3,600 lbs) direct tensile strength and up to 36 kN (~7,200 lbs) in loop configuration. Featuring AustriAlpin's patented dual-clip locking system and certified to rigorous ANSI Z359.12 standards, it cannot be disengaged under load or by single-side pressure, while the PRO STYLE rear cutout automatically rejects sand, dirt, and ice to ensure flawless operation in demanding field environments.
How To Use

Fastening & Release: Push the male component directly into the female housing until it securely snaps into place with an audible click. To release, press both brass side clips simultaneously.

Webbing Threading: Stitch the 45 mm webbing permanently around the fixed loop on the female (D-ring) side. Thread the free end of your webbing through the friction bar on the male side to adjust belt tightness.

D-Ring Attachment: Clip certified safety carabiners, fall-arrest hooks, or lanyards directly into the forged steel D-ring for secure tethering.

Maintenance & Inspection: Inspect the internal channels and D-ring pivot regularly for dirt or grit. Rinse with fresh water, dry thoroughly, and test spring engagement before load-bearing use.
