How To Use

Unsheathing: Unsnap the retaining strap on the leather sheath. Firmly grasp the Micarta handle and pull the knife straight out, being careful to keep the blade clear of your body and the sheath’s stitching.

Cutting & Processing: Utilize the expansive belly of the drop-point blade for long, continuous skinning or slicing strokes. Use the tip for precise detail work or separating joints. The brass guard will keep your hand safely anchored even if the handle becomes slippery.

Sheathing: Carefully guide the blade back into the sheath, keeping it straight so the edge does not slice the leather interior. Once fully seated, snap the retaining strap closed around the handle to secure it.

Maintenance: Hand wash the blade with warm water and mild soap after field use, and dry it thoroughly. While S35VN is highly corrosion-resistant, a light coat of knife oil is recommended. Periodically condition the leather sheath to maintain its durability. Brass components can be polished to restore their original shine.
