How To Use

Coarse Edge Setting: Hold the sharpener securely on a flat surface or in hand with your fingers away from the slot. Draw the knife blade through the tungsten carbide slot 3 to 4 times applying light downward pressure.

Fine Honing & Finishing: Move the blade to the ceramic slot and draw it through 3 to 4 times to polish the edge and remove burrs.

Maintenance: Wipe the blade after sharpening to remove any metal filings before using the knife.
