How To Use

Opening the Blade: Use your fingernail in the nail nick on the blade spine to pull the chef blade open until the back lock bar clicks firmly into place.

Prep & Cutting: Use a flat chopping board or clean camp surface to slice, dice, and chop meats, vegetables, and fruit.

Closing the Knife: Press down on the back-lock release spring located near the end of the handle spine and carefully fold the blade back into the GFN handle housing.
