How To Use

Opening the Blade: Use your fingernail in the nail nick on the blade spine to pull the Santoku blade open until the back lock bar engages securely.

Food Prep & Cutting: Use a flat chopping board or clean camp surface to slice, dice, and chop vegetables, meats,and herbs with smooth push-cut motions.

Closing the Knife: Press down on the back-lock release bar located on the back of the handle spine and carefully fold the blade back into the green GFN handle.
