Description
The Buck Knives 263 HiLine is a sleek, modern, and rugged everyday carry (EDC) folding knife built for heavy-duty slicing and utility chores. Featuring a bold cleaver-style blade, it is designed to tackle demanding tasks with ease, making it a perfect companion for everyday use, warehouse work, or outdoor adventures. The blunt-profile tip allows for safe, heavy downward pressure without the risk of accidentally puncturing the materials underneath your cutting surface.
Crafted from premium D2 tool steel, the 3.25-inch blade offers exceptional edge retention and durability, finished in a rugged stonewash to hide daily wear and tear. Deployment is lightning-fast and buttery smooth, thanks to a flipper tab paired with a high-performance ball-bearing pivot system. The handle is constructed from lightweight gray anodized aluminum, enhanced with a textured black G10 onlay and striking bronze/copper accents for a premium look and secure grip. Secured by a robust frame lock and completed with a deep-carry pocket clip, the 263 HiLine delivers a distinctive, utilitarian aesthetic paired with high-end materials.
How To Use
-
Opening: Press firmly down on the flipper tab located on the spine of the closed handle. The ball-bearing pivot will rapidly and smoothly swing the blade open until the frame lock engages with a solid "click."
-
Cutting: Utilize the long flat edge of the cleaver blade for chopping, draw cuts, or slicing. The robust D2 blade can handle heavy downward pressure safely due to the blunt profile.
-
Closing: Turn the knife to access the lock bar on the underside of the frame. Push the metal frame lock bar outward (away from the blade) with your thumb to clear the path, then carefully fold the blade closed using your index finger.
-
Maintenance: Because D2 is a tool steel with lower chromium content, it is not fully stainless. Keep the blade clean and apply a light coat of knife oil after use to prevent corrosion. Keep the pivot area free of lint for smooth action.
