How To Use
-
Chopping & Limbing: Hold the lower grip of the handle securely, line up your target, and swing with controlled momentum to chop through heavy logs, limbs, or firewood.
-
Choking Up for Detailed Tasks: Place your upper hand in the choke-up relief directly below the axe head for increased control when carving wood or preparing tinder.
-
Pounding & Driving Stakes: Utilize the flat, hardened hammer poll on the back of the axe head to pound tent stakes, wooden pegs, or break up material.
-
Accessing Handle Storage: Pull the rubberized end cap at the base of the handle to retrieve the internal water-resistant gear stick for storing emergency tinder or fire-starting gear.
-
Sheath Storage: Cover the forged head with the included heavy-duty sheath and snap the retention strap tightly before transporting.
