Description
Designed specifically for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) operators, combat engineers, and military personnel, the Gerber Concertina Wire Cutter is a specialized tactical tool engineered to cleanly slice through heavy-duty concertina wire, razor wire, and steel cables. Built with high-strength forged steel jaws and rubberized non-conductive handle grips, this tool utilizes a mechanical leverage mechanism that maximizes cutting force while requiring minimal hand effort. Its compact, lightweight architecture allows seamless integration into breacher kits and tactical load-outs, delivering reliable clearing capability in high-threat field environments.
How To Use
-
Opening Jaws: Disengage the handle locking latch at the base of the handles to allow the spring-loaded jaw mechanism to pivot open.
-
Cutting Wire: Place the concertina or razor wire deep into the notch of the cutting jaws to maximize mechanical leverage. Squeeze the handles together firmly in a smooth, continuous motion to slice cleanly through the steel wire.
-
Securing for Transport: Squeeze the handles completely together and re-engage the handle locking latch to store the cutter in a compact, locked position.
